Macon is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Macon is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The food was delicious, but what really made the night was our server, Reggie. He was hands-down the best server I’ve ever had! He was incredibly attentive and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and asking for Reggie!

We had an amazing experience at The Juicy Crab - Macon! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Every dish came out hot and full of flavor, and you can tell the staff truly cares about providing a great dining experience. A huge shoutout to our waitress, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The manager, I believe her name was Candy (sorry if I got that wrong!), was also incredible. She checked on us personally and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. It’s rare to find a restaurant with amazing food and exceptional customer service, but this place delivered both. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great seafood and an even better dining experience! 🦀❤️

The food is good however the service is not!!! I attempted to redeem my points on the app while ordering my food and the app would not allow me to redeem for a free side (no exclusions to the free side) so I am not sure what happened. I called the restaurant for assistance to see if they could help me in store. The young lady who answered was nice her manager “Candice” was not! When I advised the app was not allowing me to redeem my free side I was put on hold and was advised that it’s an issue with the app and corporate would have to handle it (corporate??). So I asked the girl if I came in and showed them my app to show my points can someone help do it in store. She asked her manager that she referred to as “Candice” and Candice VERY rudely yelled in the back room “No! That’s what I just said! It’s up to corporate there is nothing I can do!” The phone was abruptly placed back on hold and a few seconds later Candice came on to the phone and still was rude I simply said “ Ok” after she said whatever she had to say and she hung up!! I tried to find corporate’s number but was not given one and could not find it from Google or the app. I then went on the website and saw a contact us

Our server Reggie was absolutely THE BEST!!!! He didn’t rush us on ordering and gave suggestions on menu items. My husband and I will definitely be back and if Reggie is in the building we want to sit in his section. The manager was an added bonus because she was the sweetest as well
